Make the Unconscious Conscious Through Therapy and Dreams
Jungian-oriented Depth Psychotherapy
(312) 313-3828
Welcoming, inclusive and trauma-informed
-
Shame, feeling different, experiencing depression or anxiety, and working through relationship issues or conflicts with oneself and/or the world are some of the issues I commonly provide help with. I have training and certifications in trauma, complex trauma, and in working with shame.
The work I offer focuses on depth work to reduce the influence of the unconscious, which can look like addressing triggers, somatic symptoms, default patterns, reactions, rigid attitudes, depression, anxiety, mood swings, or a crisis of meaning... the list can go on. This type of therapy helps expand consciousness and create meaningful change.
I hope to offer you welcoming, inclusive, and trauma-sensitive care. -
